Coping With Anxiety, Depression & Stress

These are the three major players in the world of mental health that can be triggered by the general happenings of life or major events. While stress to some degree can be helpful with keeping us on our toes, when having to deal with an unhealthy amount of stress daily, anxiety and depression can surely follow. Our moods will consequently be impacted and can affect how we think, how we engage with others, how we treat and see ourselves. For some, the changes in mood can seem persistent with no end in sight, but with the right supports, the effects can be managed.
